Alex Dujshebaev joins RK Vardar Pro!

One of the best players at Junior World Championship in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spanish right back, Alex Dujshebaev (21) has signed two years contract with Macedonian champion RK Vardar Pro with an option to extend deal for one more year. Young left-hander was the TOP scorer of ASOBAL last season in t-shirt of BM Aragon and it was agreed to join BM Atletico Madrid this summer and work with his father Talant Dujshebaev, but after financial collapse of Spanish team, Alex became target of many international teams. He was connected with some German teams as THW Kiel and HSV Handball, also French, but at the end Dujshebaev will join ambitious Macedonian project with Russian backup.
At the same position, RK Vardar has already two players – experienced Ex-Yugoslav NT member, Vladimir Petric (38) and youngstar, Stefan Terzić (19),who came also this summer from HSV Handball.

F.C Porto signed two ex-Atletico Madrid players!

On their way to the VELUX EHF Champions League, Portuguese F.C Porto Vitalis has signed two ex- BM Atletico Madrid players, Alvaro Ferrer and David Davis. That will give a new energy and boost of confidence to the team of Serbian coach, Ljubomir Obradovic, who will meet Norwegian team Elverum in the qualification tournament semi-final, which will be hosted by Porto.
- Now we are working on a new era and we believe the squad has quality. now we have this month and a half of preparation and, shortly thereafter, start the game and I am optimistic about the future. We also have two new players with great experience in ASOBAL Liga (Spain) and in the Champions League, and I think that will easily adapt to the group. Lets see how they react to the first contacts with the team and how they integrate into our scheme of training and style of play – said Ljubomir Obradovic for the official website and added:
- Our first goal is to win the championship and the cup. We know that is not easy to play in European competition and achieve qualification for the Champions League – and the proof is that we have always been close, though I seem that the ‘near’ has always been very far. One thing is certain: we have squad leaders and followers to can get into the Champions League - concluded Obradovic.

Servaas decided:: Rastko Stojkovic to leave Kielce!

One of the “pioneer” of the new era of Polish club’s handball, Serbian line-player, Rastko Stojković (32) will leave Vive Targi Kielce after four seasons. It was 2009 when Stojkovic left German Bundesliga and HSG Nordhorn in direction Poland, what was unusual for that period. Just four years later, Vive Targi Kielce is one of the best European teams who signed contract with one of the best line-players, Julen Aguinagalde, which caused problem on the “line”, where Polish champion had four players.
Croatian player Zeljko Musa has renewed contract until 2016 just few months ago, so the decision had to be made between Rastko Stojkovic and Piotr Grabarczyk. After talks with both players, club’s owner Bertus Servaas has decided that Serbian player has to leave the team.
- Such moments are always difficult, because Rastko done a lot for our club. It was like a business conversation and parting in friendship and respect towards each other. Rastko always behaved like a pro. Unfortunately, this is a profession where you sometimes have to deal with this kind of situation – Bertus Servaas said for official club’s website.
